Salt-Tolerant and Resilient Crops

The initiative is working to establish salt-tolerant seed production (barley, triticale, fodder beet, pearl millet, sorghum, safflower and quinoa) and exchange chains in Yemen and Egypt, were fresh water scarce. It is aimed at improving the livelihood of small-scale farmers.
